Main Mission:
As a Parent-Teacher for the Much Love association, you will be responsible for supporting rural schools by acting as a teacher to provide educational and emotional support to their students. You will work closely with the association’s teams and the administration of the assigned school to offer a stable and secure environment for the children.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide educational and emotional support to children.
Help children develop their academic and social skills.
Create a stable and secure environment for the children.
Collaborate with the association’s teams and the school to identify children’s needs and develop strategies to support them.
Participate in the planning and implementation of educational and recreational activities for children.
Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and local communities.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma appreciated or equivalent if possible.
Experience working with children and young people (internship or volunteering).
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with children, families, and local communities.
Ability to adapt to varied situations and manage challenging behaviors.
Basic knowledge of pedagogical principles and teaching methods is a plus.

How Our Grants Work:
