  • Set Your Availability: Specify your preferred dates of arrival and departure, and indicate the length of your stay.

 

For Students:

  • Express Your Interest: Demonstrate your enthusiasm for learning and your eagerness to participate in the program. Share your academic interests and any specific goals you hope to achieve.
  • Choose Your Focus: Select the areas of interest that excite you the most. Our program offers a wide range of opportunities, including language learning, arts and crafts, sports activities, and STEM education.

Much Love Association Scholarship Program (MLA-SP)

The Much Love Association Scholarship Program (MLA-SP) is a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering youth in underserved communities worldwide by providing access to quality education. We firmly believe that every child, regardless of their background, possesses the potential to learn and succeed with the right support and resources.

Our Mission: To build a robust and sustainable network that fosters educational excellence within targeted underserved communities.

Our Vision: To empower youth in these communities with the necessary need-based educational resources to unlock their full potential and achieve their academic aspirations.

Our Purpose: To award scholarships to deserving students beyond middle school, enabling them to pursue higher education at accredited institutions.

Scholarship Awards:

  • Scholarships are awarded upon successful registration at an MLA-assisted school.
  • Participating schools receive annual scholarship allowances to support eligible students.
  • Scholarship renewals are determined annually by a dedicated Scholarship Committee based on the following criteria:

 

Eligibility Criteria:

First-Time Applicants:

  • Academic Performance: Must attend or be accepted to an MLA-assisted school. Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 (or a « C » average).
  • Academic Aspiration: Demonstrate a strong desire for further education and a commitment to academic success.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in community service activities, demonstrating a commitment to giving back.

 

Returning Recipients:

  • Prior Scholarship Recipients: Must have previously received an MLA Scholarship.
  • Continued Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an MLA-assisted school.
  • Maintain Academic Standards: Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 (or a « C » average) with evidence of academic improvement.
  • No Conflict of Interest: Must not be related to any member of the MLA Board of Directors or staff.
  • Community Service: Complete a minimum of 40 hours of documented community service through approved MLA activities.
  • Program Participation: Active participation in the MLA after-school program is encouraged.

 

By providing financial assistance and fostering a supportive learning environment, the MLA-SP aims to break down barriers to education and empower the next generation of leaders and change-makers.
